Terms and Conditions
All Wall to Wall Gallery products are sold subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Order
Your order is binding from the moment it has been accepted by Wall to Wall Gallery, subject to your rights of cancellation.
It is your responsibility to check that all the details of your order are correct and that the goods are suitable for your requirements – this includes product specifications, measurements, delivery and access – prior to placing your order.
If the product you have received is damaged or if we have made a mistake with your order…
…we will repair or replace is as soon as possible. Upon delivery of your product, please check it very carefully and report any damage immediately as we will not be held liable for visable defects identified after 48 hours of delivery.
If the product is not damaged but you decide you do not want it…
…we will refund less a 20 percent re-stocking fee. Goods must be returned within seven days.
If the product has been ordered from the publishers specifically for you but you change your mind…
…we will supply you with a Credit Note or you may exchange the item for an item of the same value or more, however we will deduct any postage costs incurred. Goods must be returned within seven days.
We cannot accept any returns after seven days. In all cases you must contact us first for authorisation.
We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage after delivery which may affect the product in any way.
Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless you have opted for interest-free payment, 100% of the cost of the goods is taken when your order is placed.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice up until the time you have placed your order.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties and taxes.
We will send you a VAT Retail Export Scheme Application for tax-free shopping if this applies to you.
If we are delivering your item we can process the VAT refund upon receipt of your order and we will send you confirmation that your refund has been processed.
If for any reason you are an international customer but would prefer to collect from one of our galleries, we will only be able to process the VAT refund upon confirmation that the artwork has been delivered to your country of residence (non-EU). Confirmation must include any delivery notes/import documents - once we have received these documents we can then process the VAT refund to the same card which was used to make the initial purchase.
Each piece of art bought from Wall to Wall Gallery is made up to your individual specifications. This means that it can sometimes take up to 25 working days for your art to be delivered, although we will always try to deliver sooner. If your product will not be delivered within 25 days, a customer service representative will contact you.
Sometimes a signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you have ordered will fit into your home. It is very important that you carefully measure where the piece is going to go and also whether we can get it to the location. Please be sure to check these details in advance of placing your order.
6. Colour & Anomalies
Washington Green produce limited editions of the highest quality however goods may not appear exactly the same colour as shown on the website.
Within acceptable limits, there may occur blemishes in the frames which are considered a naturally occurring phenomena and therefore not defective in any way.
All artwork undergoes a quality check before it is dispatched, however there are rare occurances of art being damaged in transit. If your piece of art has been damaged whilst being delivered, please contact us to organise return of the item. The piece will need to be wrapped in the original packaging and sealed before it is collected for return. Upon return we will either give you a full refund or replace the item.
If an item is faulty and we arrange for an item to be repaired, we require a copy of your proof of purchase email upon return. Failure to prove you have purchased the item from Wall to Wall Gallery may result in the repair becoming chargeable. If a repair is chargeable we will tell you in advance. Repair turnaround time is dependent on the relevant manufacturer’s current workload. We will not accept any claims for losses you suffer during this time.
8. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it – conditions as follows:
- Goods that are not acceptable for any reason other than damaged may be returned within seven days for a full refund less a 20 percent re-stocking fee.
- Goods that have been ordered in from the publishers specifically for you can be returned within seven days but only a Credit Note for the full amount will be issued less postage costs.
We cannot accept any returns after seven days. In all cases you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be returned to us at your own cost with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods against loss or damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:
If you paid by cash in-store please call the gallery in advance and we will refund in cash.
If you paid on card, we will refund to that same card.
If you paid by Gift Voucher, we will give you a replacement Gift Voucher.
Any free/promotional gifts received at the point of purchase must also be returned if a refund is processed.
You may pay by cash (in-store only), Gift Voucher, Interest Free finance and card. We accept all major credit or debit cards.
